Ordering

Each piece is one of a kind. Placing an order or reserving a piece is an offer to buy; the order is confirmed once payment is received.

Prices & payment

Prices are in euros and include any applicable tax. All pieces are paid for online — a reserved piece is held only until its payment link is settled, after which it is released again.

Commissions

Commissioned work requires a mandatory 50% deposit before making begins, with the balance due before shipping. Because the piece is made to your request, the deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

Made to order & lead times

Handmade and made-to-order pieces take time — usually a few weeks — as each is fired twice. Estimated times are a guide, not a guarantee.

Shipping & risk

Shipping is charged at cost and added at checkout. EU parcels are insured; if a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace or refund it.

Returns

Because pieces are handmade and often made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Faulty or damaged pieces are always put right.

Intellectual property

The name Numina Bottega, the mark, and all images are the property of the studio.
