What we collect

Only what's needed to reply to you or fulfil an order: your name, email, and message when you use the contact form; your email if you join the newsletter; and your delivery address and order details when you buy. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, take payment, make and ship your piece, and — only if you ask — to send one note when the shop opens. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Where it's stored

Enquiry and newsletter details are stored with our form and email providers so we can reply to you. They process the data on our behalf and don't use it for anything else.

Payment & third parties

Checkout is processed by a third-party payment provider and shipping by our couriers; each handles your data under its own terms.

The site uses only the cookies needed to work. No advertising trackers.
