Questions & answers.

The things people ask most, about ordering, shipping, and care. Can’t find your answer? Send me a note.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

From Bulgaria across the EU. Within Bulgaria it’s about €2–4 by Econt or Speedy, with office and locker pick-up. Greece and Romania are roughly €5–7, and the rest of the EU about €12–16 by Bulgarian Post INTERCONNECT, insured up to €450. Shipping is always charged at cost and added at checkout.

How long until my piece is ready?

Most pieces are made to order, so allow a few weeks between payment and posting. Each piece is fired twice, with drying time in between — that waiting is part of how it’s made.

Are the pieces safe for daily use?

Yes. Everything is high-fired stoneware with lead-free, food-safe glazes. Pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, though a hand wash is always kindest.

Can I order a custom piece or a matching set?

Gladly. Commissions are welcome — a set for a wedding, a shape you can’t find, a colour you’ve been chasing. A 50% deposit confirms the work, with the balance due before it ships. Start the conversation on the contact page or Instagram.

How do I pay?

Every piece is paid for online. When you reserve a piece you’ll be sent a secure payment link; it’s held for you until it’s paid, then wrapped for the next packing day.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Every piece is wrapped by hand for a fragile journey, and EU parcels are insured. Breakages are rare, but if something arrives broken, send a photo within 7 days and I’ll replace it or refund you.

How do I care for my pottery?

Everyday use is exactly what it’s made for. Avoid sudden temperature changes — don’t move a piece from freezer to a hot oven. The unglazed foot may feel slightly rough; that’s the raw clay. Over years, glazes may craze softly — a natural ageing, not a fault.

When does the shop open?

Soon — the first collection is in the kiln. Join the newsletter on the home page and you’ll be the first to know.
